Outfitter bug?

I scribed the Vol 10 recipe. However I didnt receive the Tanned Leather Cord recipe. Its not in my list. Is it someplace else beside the tailoring skill? I tried buying another book to re-scribe but it wouldnt let me. I hope I am just missing something for I would like to make some tanned armor for my rogue.

Interesting. I suggest you contact a GM via petition. Maybe they can help, though it seems the developers gave GMs lack luster tools yet again. Is it me or is this something that all MMO developers forget about when writing a game?

edit: sorry, i didn't want to derail, I just had a thought.

The recipe is only level 9 difficulty, try looking further up the list.
