Work Order Question

I received a work order for my society. I am suppose ot make 10 shaped rawhide tomes. I made 2 of the 10 so far and it updated my quest information to say as such. My question is can I now sell the tomes or do I have to wait until I have all 10. I would like to get rid of them to save space and to get back the silver i spent making them.

You have to have them or you can't finish the quest. I tried it on my first one. :)
