Looks like Woodworkers are going to be popular, especially with the totems and instruments in addition to fletching.

I must admit that I'm tempted by the sound of this one, but I'm not sure if it'd be a wise thing to go into since alot of scouts will be taking this one just to have arrows.

It will be interesting to see if scouts will spend the time and effort to have a high level of woodworking in order to make nice bows and arrows. From the way it sounds it may just be too time intensive to have an adventurer and artisan at high levels at the same time. I'm hoping so, that means more business for me :D

I too will likely choose woodworking for my ranger. I am worried about the time required to reach high levels in both adventuring and artisanship, but I've already got orders from my friends for instruments and totems!

I'll probably do as I do in EQLive now, some nights I go questing/hunting for the evening, and others I sit at the forge or brew barrel all night. I find them both equally fun.

I'll be playing a Scout when EQ2 launches, and I'm certainly attracted to woodworker in order to equip myself with bows and arrows. I suspect a smaller number of scouts will be looking into the appropriate armor making trade (leather and/or chain?).
