Field Maple

I have not for the life of me been able to find Field Maple in antonica. I've harvested roots, wild shrooms, shrubbery, hacked on trees... not a single field maple. Please, dear god, let it not be trapped. I can live with it if it's fished.

I wouldn't mind except nearly every tier II potion wants field maple this or that! And I have the recipes to make field maple oil or resin, but no field maple! Auughhhh.

Is field maple in the game at all?

Also, I finally figured out that larent solution was bought off of the wholesaler vendor. Which solution do level 20+ alchemists use? And is it currently being sold?

i think there's several threads stating that field maple isn't in game for whatever reason. they might be in the general crafting forum though.
