WHere do I need to go to buy my level 10 book?

You need to join the Craftsman society in your 'burb. The merchant at the bottom of the stairs has the books.

OK I was a member of deductive thingy in Baubelshire.. when I talked to the merchant at the bottom of the stairs all she has was 1 - 9 stuff.

So I quit that society.. went to castleville and tried to join the woodshapers.. could not enter that one..

Then went to my home city (Nettleville) and tried all the societies there... none will accept me..

Where is my society???

Sounds like you need to choose a sub-class. Talk to Alfred Ironforge in Qeynos harbor..choose a class, ding to 10 then go back and talk to the Craftsman npc in Baubleshire.
