Patterns

Suposidly Sages will be making patterns for smithing/tailoring, but they will need a "craftsman" for components to make it. Anyone know which type of craftsman, i.e. woodworker, carpenter, etc etc.

Do not know for SURE... but I believe it will be woodworker (to make the paper...)

the level 20 Generic Canvas Pattern requires a Tailor to make Canvas Thread. the paper required for this one is the Tier 1 paper which is buyable in pretty much every Wholesaler Instance.

I am able to make the Canvas Thread as a level 20 Sage., tho getting a pristine is very hard since it takes light armor skills. Only thing i had to buy was the Oil for the Thread combine.

and how are you making something that isn't in our recipe books?

We do not have the recipe for the thread, unless you have found a dropped scroll I don't know about.

From the lists I have seen a fletcher will be needed to make all post 20 paper and quills. A tailor will be needed for our thread. An alchemist will need to make our ink.

Jeweler can make the thread, was my mix up :)
