Sullied Average Quality Bear Pelts

I am currently studying the entire outfitting occupation. I happen to have many sullied average quality bear pelts on my character. However as I am only Level 9 Artisan, was wondering if there was a need for this in the future? Or, as in Eq, can this be lowered to low quality pelts?

I just got into the next level of society and bought book 10. You will need those average quality pelts if you are going to be an outfitter.

These are used in the outfitter 10-19 leather crafting, including armor and backpacks. I mean... uh... are you on guk? If so then they're worthless and you should give them to me. :)
